There are several items of information we would require from you, in order for us to make a memcal to suit your needs.
Each Memcal has a code, which signifies what program it has. This code is on the memcal itself, which should also coincide with the ECM/PCM (Engine Control Module/Powertrain Control Module) label.
The pictures below show; 1. The ECM/PCM Label
2. The memcal in its correct position inside the ECM/PCM and
3. The memcal removed from the ECM/PCM

In the example given above, the code for this memcal and PCM is BLCB. This is the code we required to modify your memcal. We can usually identify most Memcal codes, but in some cases we get an odd one. For this reason, we would also require a basic identity, for example; the memcal came from a VR V6 Automatic.
If the configuration you have is different to what the ECM/PCM was designed for, we would need to know that as well. A common example is fitting a VR V6 engine into a Toyota Hilux. If the original Hilux gearbox is kept, but the engine and PCM came from an Automatic VR, we need to know, and will need to program a chip to suit that application.
We only need the memcal itself (not the whole ECM/PCM), and all memcals are sold on a change over basis. If you don't have a memcal, we can program one outright, but you will be charged a penalty, which varies between models.
Finally, we would need contact details. Name, Postal Address, Contact phone number etc.
The most common forms of payment are accepted (Bank card, Visa card or Master card, EFT, Australia Post money order etc). Cheques are NOT accepted. Postage (via Australia post) is usually between $5 and $10 (padded bag and express post) within Australia.
